**Responsibilities**:

- Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters.
- Handle data entry and responsible for day to day accounting recording function.
- Prepare monthly P&L and schedule of Balance Sheet for Management to review according to deadline.
- To provide cheque payment to suppliers/creditors before due date and assist in cash flow management.
- Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.
- Assist in external and internal audit assignments.
- To handle income tax and related matters.
- Knowledgeably answering audit queries.
- Knowledge in all accounting procedures and principles.
- Provide daily attendance and monthly payroll data
- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
- Ensure all statutory payments are paid on time.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
- Maintain absence/leave module in Workday.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required by management from time to time.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- **Diploma** qualification and above in any discipline.
- At least **2 years of experience in Payroll management & Handle full sets of accounts.**:

- **END-TO-END ACCOUNTING & PAYROLL MANAGEMENT PREFERRED.**:

- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- 5 days works
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
