Account and Admin Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist in general accounting task and day-to-day operations
- Responsible for office administration matter such as filling, scan, photocopy and general office duty.
- Bookkeeping and general accounting.(daily transactions and payment vouchers).
- Handle accounting tasks such as proper filling of accounting record, preparation of invoice, contracts, claims, et cetera.
- Assembling, sorting and filing data.
- Data entry into Accounting System, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate in prepare documents or forms to external parties when required.
- Providing support to the senior staff
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Update daily reporting on submission of documentation.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.
- To assist in procurement processes (delivery order.Purchase order)
- To assist in personnol administration
- Liaise with Tax department
- Liaise with Company Secretary
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Must possess at least SPM Level or STPM/’A’ level/Pre-Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years experiences as an Account And Admin Executive.
- Have basic knowledge of accounting.
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printer and photocopy machine
- Excel in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel).Familiar with accounting system software would be added advantages
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Organizational skills and able to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, willing to learn and take on added responsibilities
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Have your own transportation
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taman Bayu Perdana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
