The Outbound Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse department which includes outbound operations, fleet management, warehousing, and logistics.

**Outbound Operations & Logistics**
- Manage outbound operations, including developing and monitoring standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI).
- Maintaining warehouse housekeeping and ensure that all cartons are organized and ready for delivery.
- Communicate with outbound personnel to coordinate delivery details.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Ensure proper storage of stocks in designated areas to prevent damage or contamination.
- Verify transport arrangements in accordance with company guidelines.
- Perform duty scheduling, team management, and supervision.
- Check and monitor daily outbound reports.

**Fleet Management**
- Develop a plan to optimize fuel efficiency while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a fleet of vehicles with up-to-date safety equipment.
- Ensure all company drivers are trained in company standards and best practices.
- Communicate with drivers about their performance.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel usage and driver behavior.
- Review vehicle maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor driver performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in outbound operations and fleet management.
- Possess strong knowledge of logistics processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for logistics management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.
- Able to work in the fast-paced environment, work under pressure with positive attitude.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- **Must be able to work on Saturday.**:

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
