**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet.
- Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites. (i. Demographic, ii. Traffic of the area)
- Research the Tenant Mix.
- Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites.
- Coordinate potential site visits with project team.
- Negotiate tenancy terms with owners/ landlord.
- Good communications and connections with the tenants/ landlords.
- Liaise with project team for the renovation and signage installation.
- Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirement.
- Attend outlets opening.
- Perform any tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirement: -**
- SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to write simple reports in English.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia.
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
