**General**
- The TM’s role is to ensure optimal triage of work based on location and Proposal Developer (PD) capability and capacity. The TM is responsible for ensuring all requests are managed and triaged _globally _and has primary responsibility for triaging workload specific to their region;
- Responsible for assessing, validating and following up on requests received during their time zone/shift and ensuring a complete handover to the appropriate regional TM;
- Work with TMs in other regions to provide creative solutions during periods of high volume that ensure work is triaged ‘smartly’ taking into account time zones, PD/CA abilities etc.;
- Be accountable for the maximum utilization of the team across all regions based on data-driven assessment of capacities illustrated in the appropriate reports and triaging based on the location of key reviewers (Project Lead, Therapeutic Strategy Lead, account team, etc.);
- Provide Line Managers and Leadership with clear visibility into current and anticipated capacity within the team;- Provide feedback regarding trends that impact our ability to deliver, such as capacity, need for specific talents (language skills), guidelines for deliverables such as different formats when requested, and need for additional training (such as within new CRM systems across groups)
- Address triage training of new and back up TMs. Ensure that proper training time, shadow and support are provided. Keep training materials/presentation up to date;
- Increase quality of all deliverables by ensuring that all necessary information to start assignments is available and that appropriate expectations are set prior to assignment via communication with our internal stakeholders. Ensure we are responding in a timely manner. Provide proactive communication with the team;
- Provide ongoing prioritization and review of new and existing workload to ensure optimal allocation of workload based on location and experience and high-priority assignments; and
- Maintain ongoing awareness and planning for upcoming team absences.**Proposals**:

- Accountable for validation of all requests received:

- Validation of complexity and ranking proposed, proposal value and strategic importance.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for providing complete, timely and accurate information while avoiding compromising the other goals listed here.
- Identification of the appropriate group and stakeholders who will be responsible for ownership of a given opportunity, which may include non-CDS or RWLP groups, such as Advisory Services or Strategic Drug Development.
- Full review and in depth understanding of RFP and scope of work.
- Understanding, negotiating and communicating agreed deliverable outputs in line with stakeholder expectations then aligning with PD’s ability to deliver (i.e. when a PD can start to work on an opportunity and the scope of the deliverables);
- Work to ensure that all requests are compliant with agreed turnaround times or explanation is provided;
- Ensure sufficient information is received in line with the rankings;
- Escalate and work with GBO leadership and Sales as appropriate to re-prioritize workload or review deliverable outputs or turnaround times during times of capacity;
- To triage RFPs and rebids within 24 hours after the request is received; and
- The TM is accountable and responsible for maintaining and complying with up-to-date process documents, keeping the relevant tracking system (TSR, OWF system) and mailboxes up to date/clean, and driving the innovation of triage (CRM, OWF, reports, dashboards, feedback on automated triage, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field and a minimum of 2-3 years direct experience in Contracts, Proposals, industry specific operations experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.;
- Knowledge of CRO Industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and understanding of costing models.
- Ability to interpret RFPs and protocols.
- Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
