Assist underwriters in underwriting all lines of Retail & SME risks including triaging inquiries, preparing underwriting information, following up with intermediaries, and closing transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines
- Regularly collect, compile and analyze market info to share with the team
- Tracking, reporting and analyzing team’s referrals, backlogs and other productivity and efficiency related management requirements
- Be the digital ambassador of the team
- Maintain product, system and process knowledge
- Attend relevant product and skill courses to develop professional knowledge and skills
- Develop good working relationships with and provide quality professional services to external customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders in respect to processing queries
- Maintain accurate data in relevant systems and databases
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3+ years of underwriting experience
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry
- Good understanding of process and procedures
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
