**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate solutions and assistance.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Assist with order processing, product information, and service inquiries.
- Update customer information in the system accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales) to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines for delivering top-tier customer service.
- Translate customer queries and documentation as needed between Russian and English.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Russian and English (both verbal and written) is required.
- Proven customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
