SALARY PACKAGE
- Salary range
- RM 1500 Basic
- RM 100/month for Transport Allowance
- RM 100/month for Meal Allowance
- Diligent Award RM 300 if full attendance with Punctuality, Paid after Probation end.
- OT: Work on rest day or PH
- Overtime Pay - Follow according Employment Act
- Normal 1.5 times hourly rate
- Rest Day: Work 4 hour - half day pay, Work 8 hour -Full day, after 8 hour 2 times hourly rate.
- PH Day; Work less than 8 hours 2 times hourly rate, after than 8 hours 3 time hourly rate.
- Work On Rest Day or PH will be advise by Operation Manager if required

- After probation: entitle to claim up to RM 500/year after probation

- Commission Scheme
- Average per day more than 200 cups, commission RM0.20 per cupshare among the workers in the trailer (normally 2-3 staff)
