**Overview**:
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's quality management system to ensure the highest standards of product/service quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, develop and implement quality assurance strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities and promoting professional growth and development.
- Establish performance objectives and KPIs for the quality assurance team, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- **Quality Assurance Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Define quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance into all stages of product development and service delivery processes.
- **Process Improvement and Optimization**:

- Evaluate existing quality management processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, driving efficiency, and reducing waste.
- Implement quality management tools and methodologies to enhance process visibility, control, and effectiveness.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP).
- Lead quality audits and inspections, coordinating responses and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and developments, proactively addressing potential impacts on quality processes and systems.
- **Quality Assurance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, trends, and issues to senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences). Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ, CQM) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or related roles, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ISO standards, quality management systems).
- Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving cultural change towards quality excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: RM5,385.31 - RM11,141.68 per month
