Sales Clerk/customer Service

**Responsibilities**
- Answer guest questions about services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and car types, packages, special events).
- Closely follows up with all business leads, assigned projects or duties, and advise immediate superior with job progress.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Dealing with customer, sales personnel and other departments for sales coordination
- Prepare bill and invoices
- Data entry and document filling
- Assist in closing of monthly accounts.
**Requirement**
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- **SPM**, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
