- Minimum 1-2 years outbound call center experience (Cold Calling)
- Minimum 1-2 years Personal Loan / mortgage/ SME banking experience and have exposure in CCRIS or relevant CRA will also be our priority
- Good language proficiency on English & Malay (required) & Chinese is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong & proven problem-solving skills
