Production Planning Specialist

Requirements:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- SAP system knowledge is an advantage.

**Job Description**:

- Coordination with the sales team and production regarding sales order.
- Plan and schedule production schedule to meet delivery date.
- Manage and plan for raw materials, packing and inventory control according to sales forecast and production capacity.
- Prepare weekly and monthly master planning.
- Checking product compatibility for production schedule and product remixing.
- Issue Work Order to production.
- Follow up items to be delivered as per Purchase Order.
- Documentation and data filling.
- Handle other tasks and duties as and when requested by Superior.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
