Executive, Contract Manufacturing

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing contract manufacturing products for initial and commercial production stages.
- Work closely with all related departments in all communication with contract manufacturing projects and product specifications for initial production.
- Responsible for managing commercial production in terms of preparing raw materials, manufacturing process, and packaging material requirements based on the finished products forecast.
- To manage initial and commercial production and work closely with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams on the production plan, quality issues, production wastage, costing (if there is a cost increase (material and manufacturing cost), production yield, root cause, and countermeasure.
- Initiate material purchase by issuing a Purchase Order to the supplier and work closely with the supplier to ensure no interruption in material supply.
- Monitor the progress of the manufacturing process conducted by the contract manufacturer and discuss any quality and operation issues to ensure smooth operation and that the products are delivered promptly.
- Work closely with regulatory affairs for registration matters (sample preparation, documentation, etc.)
- Work closely with the Quality Management team on manufacturing issues, product defects and follow-up on audit findings.
- To assist the procurement executive in sourcing and initiating material purchases by issuing a Purchase Order to the supplier and working closely with the supplier to ensure no interruption in material supply.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
- Keep paperwork organized.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Chemical/Manufacturing/Food Process Engineering/ Food Technology or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Exceptional knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Possesses strong leadership qualities.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
