Module Equipment Technician

Equipment Specialist able to perform FOL/MOL operations including Wave soldering equipment, reflow oven, pick and place, solder printing process and inspection.
- Collects and evaluates operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.
- Responsible for running lots in a qualitative way and responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares and sustaining.
- Responsible for improvement processes, troubleshooting nonstandard events in the production line, and reviewing technological health and stability.
- Responsible for the buddy, trainer, and certifier levels and oversees updating training manuals.
- May participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team as required.
- Complexity of work and performed within the spectrum ranging from narrowly defined parameters and limited judgment up to highly complex and nonstandard assignments in nature and broadly defined parameters.
- High degree of judgment and initiative is required in resolving complex nonstandard problems and developing recommendations.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new work.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering technology, Computer Electronic Engineering Technology or any other related field.
- Minimum 1 years Working experience with electronics, electromechanical, RF knowledge, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair, and operation semiconductor manufacturing technology.
- Basis Microsoft office knowledge is added advantage.
- Experience in soldering through-hole and surface mount components.
- Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence hands on experience will be added experience.
- Prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous work assignments.
- Work within a diverse team-oriented atmosphere.
- Verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable presenting issues and solutions.
- Positive attitude towards safe behavior and continuous improvement of a safe work environment.
- Self-motivated, work with mínimal supervision, and adjust to rapidly changing priorities.
