KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversight company’s operations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines from local authority and the group.
2. Subject matter expert on the latest local regulatory requirements (i.e. AML/CFT and etc), trend, group guidelines and provide advisory.
3. To ensure business owners understand the requirements and coordinating with Risk Management, Internal Control and business owners ensuring the company’s SOP and Policy are aligned with and meeting these requirements (including continuously review on SOP to ensure there are relevant and meeting regulation requirements)
4. Work closely with Risk Management, Internal Control and business owners to rectify issues identifies (as well as corrective action plans) and compliance concerns (including to develop, update and provide training and internal education).
5. To promote and identify areas of potential improvement, compliance vulnerability and risks.
6. Proactively participate in senior level meetings on business strategy/operational matters and relevant projects whether driven internally or externally.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Law/Accounting/Business/Finance/Management
2. Minimum 5 years in regulatory compliance in banking, insurance or financial industry
3. Well verse with BNM, AMLA, PEP legal requirements and guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,759.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
