To lead and manage the legal department in handling & dealing with all matters referred to it and to provide advice and guidance accordingly.
- To conduct research work and prepare legal opinions for the Company on matters arising and affecting the Company from time to time.
- To liaise with external solicitors by giving instructions, receipt of opinions and update of litigation status.
- To ensure adherence to the statutory, regulatory and internal corporate requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Recognized Law degree with at least 8 years related working experience in an established legal firm and/or performing as legal counsel in a large organisation.
- Experience in handling corporate and financial exercises as well as property matters.
- Able to provide practical solutions to complex legal issues within short and limited timeline.
- An excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal, management, planning, organisational, negotiation and drafting skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

**Salary**: RM4,751.62 - RM10,000.00 per month
