There are 2 vacancies for Logistics position:
**RESPONSIBILITIES for Vacancy 1: Order Planning**
- Receive and acknowledge customer Purchase Order (PO).
- Monitor and manage stock availability closely to prevent insufficient stock.
- Monitor K1 balance to ensure it does not fall below 0 or expire before finish utilizing.
- Work closely with other parties both external and internal to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.
- **FLEET delivery planning** of own lorry as well as coordinate with third-party transporter to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor daily deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
- Check and verify transport bills are correct before submitting to accounts for payment.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES for Vacancy 2: Order Fulfilment**
- Key in daily Sales Order (SO) in SAP system and check if any customer orders have exceeded credit limit.
- Ensure the price list is constantly updated.
- Create Invoice and bill customers upon confirmation of completed delivery.
- Ensure customer Purchase Order (PO) and shipping documents are documented and filled properly.
- Pull out Poison Summary Report and provide to customers that request for Poison Summary.
- Diligently solve any issues with invoicing and create Credit Note (CN) / Debit Note (DN) where necessary.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Organized personality and with good analytical skill.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
