We are seeking an exceptional Native Japanese-speaking Chat Support Navigator to join our dynamic team at a cutting-edge technology company. Your primary mission will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued users, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience on our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide real-time chat support to platform users in Japanese, resolving queries promptly and efficiently
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to platform usage
- Offer clear and concise instructions and solutions to users, ensuring a seamless experience
- Gather and document user feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with users
- Collaborate with the wider support team to escalate complex queries and provide resolution within established timeframes
- Stay abreast of platform updates and industry best practices to ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date support

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in Japanese with native-like proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong desire to help others
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using a variety of chat support tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary**: RM2,302.89 - RM9,000.00 per month
