Account Executive Full Set Account @ Senai

**Job Responsibility**
- **To handle full set of accounts including day to day operations matters.**:
- To perform monthly closing of accounts.
- **To ensure financial statements are accurate and timely.**:
- To prepare financial statements, notes to accounts, cash flow projections, fixed assets register, SST submission and relevant reports for management and statutory / external reporting purposes or tax filling for submission.
- **To prepare reconciliation of AP, AR, inter-company, and band transactions.**:
- To prepare and co-ordinate ad-hoc management reports and report analysis.
- **To perform monthly collection, timely follow up with the collection and identify problem, cases for a further action.**:
- Liaise with Business Units, External Auditor, Internal Auditors, tax Agents, bankers where required.
- **To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management**
**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Good command over financial systems and processes.
- Conscientious, analytical and strong attention to details.
- Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with peoples.
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Good command in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Possess the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-disciplined and good team player.
- Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
