JOB DESCRIPTION:

- To assist Head of Information Technology the internal and external day to day IT operation for companies.
- To assist Head of Information Technology on the server maintenance, helpdesk support and maintenance of PC, Mac, laptops, printer, and overall IT infrastructure availability for all employees and company website.
- To assist Head of Information Technology to support system administration such as accounting system, human resource, tower database and F&B operations etc.
- To assist Head of Information Technology on security of data, network access and backup systems.
- To assist Head of Information Technology maintenance on software licensing and ensure all software installed is legit license.
- To lead and manage company IT hardware inventory, accountable to keep accurate inventory of all the hardware that company own and track its inventory movement.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
- Understanding of network architecture and client/ server technology.
- Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/ software systems.
- Have knowledge with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with clients, consultants, internal and external.
- Superior command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both writing and verbally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
