- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all team members comply with SOPs
- Ensure excellent customer service in speed, service, cleanliness and food quality
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Work closely with management on achieving sales target, managing wastages and cost control measures
- Set targets, KPIs and schedules for team members
- Organise on the job training for new hires and consistent monitoring of existing team members’ competency
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork

Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in same management capacity
- Passionate about F&B industry and excellent customer service
- Possess own transportation
- Fluent in Malay and English.
- Able to work shifts (including weekend shifts)
