**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipe for inpatients, cafeteria and other area.
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling
- To train kitchen helpers and food service crew in proper methods of food preparation and sanitation.
- Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards.
- Prepares mise-en-place in a timely manner to avoid delay in production.
- To assist executive chef and dietitian in menu planning, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.
- To assists executive chef to control inventories; checks food and supplies coming in and maintains inventories of the same.
- To assist executive chef in team recruitment and training.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Culinary
- At least 1 year experience in F&B line
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
