**Tanggungjawab**:

- Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dan menyelaraskan aktiviti operasi harian bagi memastikan kecekapan dan pematuhan kepada dasar syarikat.
- Membantu dalam tugas perkeranian am termasuk mengekalkan sistem pengisian yang betul untuk memastikan dokumen dapat dikesan dengan cara yang cekap.
- Mengekalkan pangkalan data pelanggan, membuka dan menutup fail.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk mengekalkan tempat kerja yang bersih dan selamat.
- Tugas ad-hoc apabila ditugaskan oleh pihak atasan.

**Kelayakan akademik**:

- Sekurang-kurangnya SPM/ STPM/ Diploma Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau setaraf.
- Kemahiran yang diperlukan: MS Office, Perisian Perakaunan (Kelebihan)

**Kemahiran dan Pengalaman**:

- Berumur: 20 - 35 tahun
- Sekurang-kurangnya 6 bulan - 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan.
- Kemahiran dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris asas, dalam kedua-dua pertuturan dan penulisan.
- Mempunyai kemahiran komputer asas
- Pengurusan masa yang baik, penyelesaian masalah dan kemahiran organisasi.
- Bermotivasi diri, berdisiplin, dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari dengan pengawasan yang minimum.
- Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri.
- Bertanggungjawab dengan mengatur emel, membuat pesanan pembelian, mengendalikan pengebilan, invois, inventori, kemasukan data dan memfailkan dokumen.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dengan agensi kerajaan & pelanggan.
- Dapat berkerja dengan sewajarnya dan tepat pada masanya.
- Untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas pentadbiran lain apabila diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
- Mengekalkan rekod dan organisasi sistem pengisian yang betul.
