The Opportunity:

This position is responsible for tasks in inventory management

(Consumables, chemicals, samples, etc.) to carry out routine tasks at a customer site, all of which can include Receiving, point of use replenishment, monitoring slow moving and dead inventory, conduct cycle counting, yearly physical inventories, and reporting. Provide daily customer service functions and communicates with the customer relative to inventory management.

Required capabilities / competencies:

- Daily point of use replenishment of consumables, chemical, PPE, etc
- Gown room management, make sure everything's in good order with tidiness.
- Decon receiving and shipping, decon wipe down on weekly basis.
- IDM preparation and transfer to sub-storage location.
- IDM wipe down before delivery.
- Daily respirator cleaning after receiving, sending back to end users after cleaning.
- Stockroom management, arrange for goods picking up and recording
- Order items as needed
- Scrap packing and shipping
- Vendor escort
- Assembly point management during evacuation
- On-site inventory periodical counting
- Chemical quality check
- Finish other customer-assigned job on time with good quality

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- 1 -3 years applicable experience in material handling/inventory replenishment or customer service
- Ability to understand and follow site protocols, policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Chemicals product knowledge and Hazardous materials handling experiences are preferred.
- Chemical handling experience is required for Chemical Technician
- Previous experience working in cleanroom or semi-conductor industry a plus
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills; display a professional can-do attitude
- Perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality
- Must be flexible, forward
- thinking, motivated, and have the ability to act independently
