Our client from Hospitality Industry company are seeking an Accounts Manager to be part of the team and will be based at Senai, Johor.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that accounting entry policy and procedure are adhere to.
- To check all the updated journals entries that transferred from Opera System (PMS) to Q3 Accounting System.
- To ensure the Ledger comparison on Opera system to Q3 Accounting System amount is tally daily and end of the month.
- To check on General Cashier report that all collection is bank in correctly as per the daily payment received
- To check that new asset has the Capex Requisition Listing and serial number for all approved capex requisition are accurate and ensure copy of the capex was file for reference.
- To check and verify all invoices posted daily by Accounts Payable and ensure all coding are correct before posting into General Ledger Module.
- To check all the payment voucher issue by Accounts Payable and ensure all coding are correct before posting into Q3 Accounting System.
- To ensure CashBook update daily.
- To check Daily General Cashier collection report.
- To do F&B menu costing and monitor cost.
- To attend Morning Briefing if Director of Finance is away.
- To report to Director of Finance any anticipated problem regarding payment to be made invoice problem and operation problem under job assignment.
- To report to Director of Finance any relevant changes in procedures and policies, accidental of reports, statistics and inventories, relevant shortage.
- To provide training to accounting staff.
- To prepare weekly cashflow planning to Owner.

Salary range: RM 5,000.00 - RM 6,000.00
