To handle general administrative duties and assist in Account i.e., paperwork, filing, respond and processing mails, managing attendance records, etc.
- To liaise with government body such as LHDN (e - Invoice), Kastam SST, Immigration, Niosh, CIDB etc in order to maintain office certificate and permit renewal.
- Maintain and update employee medical and training record.
- Update tenancy agreement between agent and company.
- Maintain and update vehicles and machineries maintenance record.
- Update site workers CV from time to time.
Working day: Monday to Friday (08.30am to 05.30pm), Saturday (08.30am to 12.30pm)
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Dickson: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
