**Responsibilities**:

- Review/check and verify the overseas employee's payroll (weekly/semi-monthly/monthly), ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Ensure all payroll and HR activities comply with global payroll practices and local labour laws in each country where the company has employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for overseas employees for any payroll or HR-related inquiries or issues.
- Handle the overseas staff's annual increment/promotion/bonus/benefits.
- Review and consolidate payroll data from overseas subsidiaries.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in payroll processing across the organization.
- Collaborate with an overseas HR Manager/PIC to address compliance gaps.
- Assist in developing standardized HR documentation and guidelines.
- To carry up any other duties as assigned by immediate superiors or senior management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll management and international HR.
- Knowledge of labour laws and global HR standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
