Human Resource Manager/ Assistant Manager

Responsible for overall HR functions, being the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries and HR Operations.
- Involved in various practice areas within Human Resources i.e. employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, industrial relations, talent acquisition, training & development & etc.
- Collaborating/working closely with Department Head to assess / anticipate human resource-related needs to develop programs and solutions.
- Maintaining awareness of the culture, plans, and competition of the practice under the HR purview
- Leading and supporting the employee engagement programs/social events that foster and promote a positive culture
- Responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policies to ensure compliance with internal and the federal /state authority requirements
- Responsible in managing team member to provide & execute HR operational support including administering payroll, employee personnel files, HRIS and Immigration Matters
- Handling staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
- Providing support on the other areas of human resources when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree/Certification in Human Resource Management/related
- Minimum with 5 years of HR or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Multi-tasking as well as a detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse personnel
- Knowledge of labor and hotel regulations and laws
- Excellent problem-solving skills
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
