1) Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

2) Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the automotive organization.

3) Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.

4) Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

5) Manage the design, implementation, and administration of the automotive company's compensation and benefits programs.

6) Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of compensation packages.

7) Develop and maintain salary structures, job classifications, and pay policies.

8) Identify training needs within the automotive workforce and develop training programs to address those needs.

9) Coordinate and facilitate employee development initiatives, including leadership development programs and technical training.

10) Advise management on labor relations issues and strategies.

11) Develop and implement performance management processes and tools to drive employee engagement and productivity.

12) Oversee the administration and maintenance of the automotive company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

13) Other ad hoc task instructed by management.
