  • Working Hours: Saturday-Thursday: 9.30am6pm (

HR Assistant Manager to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management in managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.

Responsibilities:_

  • Recruiting new staff
  • Making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
  • Managing pensions and benefits administration
  • Approving job descriptions and advertisements
  • Organising staff training
  • Monitoring staff performance and attendance
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
  • Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives

Additional Information/ Requirement:_

  • Possession of a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies or equivalent is required
  • At least 23 years of working experience in relevant field is required
  • Possess knowledge of local employment legislation
  • Good verbal and written communication skill
