Qualifications:

Requirement:

  • Education Background : Degree in HR/ Business Administrator/ Marketing or any related field
  • Experience : Min 8 years of HR experience in retail chain store, able to manage a HR department of 500 to 700 staffs
  • Require Skill:
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of addressing various HR challenges.
  • 2. Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • 3. Excellent Excel skills, especially formula.
