Human Resources Executive/ Manager

Assist in the overall HR operations (Training and Development, Events, HR-Admin, Performance Management, Recruitment, Disciplinary Issues, Staff Reward and Recognition, HR policies and procedures, and various other HR initiatives).
- Trains, educates, and enforces all HR SOP to ensure that all employees adhere to required Company rules and regulations.
- Implement and execute all HR policies / procedures and ensure compliance to the Company’s operation standards.
- Ensure that all HR activities, under your charge, are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
- Responsible for process improvement and enhancement.
- Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
- Attend training as and when required by the Management.
**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Dealing effectively with all levels of staffs.
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
