**Human Resources Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications for open positions.
- Facilitate interview debrief sessions and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to enhance the organization's employer brand.

**Onboarding**:

- Develop and enhance the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Coordinate and oversee the administrative aspects of the onboarding process, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's culture, values, policies, and procedures.
- Partner with relevant departments to ensure new hires have the necessary resources and tools to succeed in their roles.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement effective training programs.
- Create training materials, resources, and presentations for various training initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.

**Staff Events and Engagement**:

- Organize and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute company-wide events.
- Develop and maintain an engaging and inclusive work environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks, such as drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the organization's goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff events coordination. However, fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate engagement strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
