**Role Description**:
We are currently seeking a part-time Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand within the professional community. This role requires a skilled marketer proficient in digital strategies, particularly in B2B environments, to effectively promote technical products and solutions to building owners. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position offers the flexibility of remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**i) Digital Marketing Execution**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, focusing on LinkedIn and other professional platforms, to increase product visibility and brand reputation.
- Create compelling content tailored for B2B audiences, including videos, graphics, case studies, and articles showcasing the benefits of our solutions.
- Manage and optimize our presence on professional social media platforms, monitoring engagement and lead generation.

**ii) Client and Sales Support**:

- Conduct informative presentations via Zoom to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and operational benefits of our solutions.
- Produce detailed product and process videos to support sales teams, showcasing product features, benefits, and customer success stories.
- Engage directly with clients through professional channels to gather insights and feedback for refining marketing strategies.

**iii) Branding and Campaign Management**:

- Plan and oversee branding campaigns that highlight our commitment to energy efficiency and sustainable building management.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI.

**iv) Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
- Utilize market trends and competitive analysis to strategically position our products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in a B2B context, with a strong portfolio in technical product promotion.
- Expertise in creating specialized content for professional media, including videos, graphics, and written communications.
- Proficient in delivering presentations and conducting webinars with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of branding and campaign management, with a focus on analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa (Malaysian preferred), reflecting the multilingual aspects of our target markets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

- Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

**Work Environment**:

- Remote position with occasional travel for team meetings and client engagements, if required.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate team deadlines and communication needs.

**How to Apply**:
