Possess knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Understand Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Sending and receiving documents such as files, letter and etc from and to Clients and Suppliers.
- Answering phone call, messages and hosting clients who visit office.
- To maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
- Sorting and tidying up of receipts and documents for accounting entry purposes.
- Communicate with customers, employees and others to attend any queries.
- Generate billing to Customers.
- Pantry Management, ordering of stationery and any other admin work in office.
