**Position: Procurement Clerk (exp in Customs)**

**Working days: Monday - Friday, Saturday (when necessary)**

**Contract position for 12 months and may be converted to permanent depending on work performance and job needs**

**Job scope**:

- Assisting on data compilation on bi-yearly vendor reassessment for IMS compliance for June and December.
- Assisting to get quotations from vendor.
- Matching documents to be attached to invoice and verifying before submission to finance.
- Maintain proper filing system for all softcopy and hardcopy of purchase order and their related documents.
- Performing all Oracle job functions related to the Procurement department.
- Cross-functional work-related support with other Buyers located in different site locations.
- Ensure the workplace is clean and well maintained to promote a better working environment in line with the company’s housekeeping policy.
- Monitoring Customs documents and certificates to ensure compliance and always valid.
- Travelling as and when required to any assigned location in relation to Eastern Pretech (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. related matters.
- Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong use of Pivot Tables and handling Formulas in Excel
- Minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Can start work immediately.
- Possess own car and required to travel occasionally to Plant location.
- Flexible, able to work on Saturdays when necessary
- This position will be based in Mines 2 but can be relocated as and when necessary, permanently depending on work requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
