Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including creating employee profiles, conducting orientation, and processing new hire paperwork
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including creating training materials, scheduling training sessions, and tracking employee progress
- Help with maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with employee relations issues and other HR related tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 830am-530pm

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From RM500.00 per month
