**Account Executive**

**Preferable to start immediately**

**RM3000-RM4500**

**Location : Old Klang Road**
- Responsible for the preparation full set of accounts and administrative tasks
- Prepare payments of invoices, staff expenses claims, credit card reimbursement, and petty cash claims
- Monitoring outstanding AR and liaising with the sales team to maximize the collection
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies if Responsible for the year-end audit, prepare audit schedule and statutory financial statements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, government authorities, and bankers
- Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (BA, TT, etc)
- Perform Cash flow & Forecast planning
- Any ad-hoc task when assigned by superiors

**Requirements**:

- Experience in auditing is an advantage
- At least 3 years and above of working experience in a similar capacity is required for this position.
- Good attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision. People personality, friendly, and a team player. Be able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
