The Procurement Business Process Manager is key in helping build sustainable, efficient, and effective processes across Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P).

**The day-to-day activities**:

- Champion design and optimization of key Source to Contract (S2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) Processes across Grab Group
- Improve and find opportunities to automate process flows in order to achieve better productivity and efficiencies, and gain greater accuracy in procurement data
- Lead reporting and analysis of Procurement Operational, Commercial, and Governance KPIs and OKRs. Able to mine insights, “read beyond the obvious” in order to push data-driven actions and decisions
- Collaborate with connected or adjacent process owners in developing synergistic processes within and across the full Source to Pay chain
- Work cohesively with Procurement Platform and Systems Lead in sourcing, implementing, and improving Procurement Systems and Tools.

**The must haves**:

- Degree in any Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain or any relevant study
- First-hand knowledge of the Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process. Prior experience in Procurement Transformation & Change Management projects are a big advantage.
- Strategic & Analytical. Curious and possesses Initiative to identify issues and opportunities; Resourceful and Action-oriented in addressing issues and opportunities with urgency.
- Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively organize, plan, control, and prioritize work /projects under pressure
- Team player. Able to collaborate productively with cross functional teams.
