**Job Summary**:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages. Your role involves ensuring the cleanliness of the coffee preparation area, maintaining inventory levels, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take customer orders, provide product recommendations, and answer inquiries about menu items.
Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.

**Beverage Preparation**:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.
Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and drip brewers.
Ensure beverages are served at the appropriate temperature and meet quality standards.

**Menu Knowledge**:Stay informed about the menu, including seasonal offerings and specials.
Provide information about beverage ingredients and brewing methods to customers.

**Cash Handling**:Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Process payments using the cash register and provide change as needed.

**Cleanliness and Maintenance**:Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the coffee preparation area.
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly.
Monitor and replenish stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

**Customer Engagement**:Engage with customers in a positive and friendly manner.
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers to enjoy their beverages.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to fulfill customer orders efficiently.

**Adherence to Policies**:Follow established company policies and procedures.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including food safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
