**Responsibilities:

- **
- Responsible for building and managing the relationship with customers to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the company and meeting / exceeding sales target.
- Proactively identify opportunities / new sales lead, understand customer requirements, prepare quotation, follow up and monitor closely to win deals.
- Be able to demonstrate product in effective way to customers
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Collaborates with internal teams to optimize user experience in all company’s websites and digital sites.
- Meet prospects and leads and act as their consultant
- Source, prepare and participate in tenders and RFXs
- Perform sales related activities to increase company revenue and participate in events and roadshows
- Be able to join Doctors in OT rooms to demonstrate and guide on the usage of the products
- Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables and targets with the sales manager.
- Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Travel throughout Malaysia to meet potential customers
- Able to prepare presentations and present to Customer Board members
- Prepare weekly sales reports to Management
- Ensure customer are happy with product and services
- Record all activities in CRM system
- Ensure KPI are met
- Other responsibilities that may arise in the course if executing the role

**Requirements: -**
- Must have experience selling to Government and Private Hospital or
- Experience in IT Product / Services
- Able to work under pressure and on tight KPIs
- Excellent English and Bahasa communication and Written skills
- Must have a strong negotiation skill.
- Possess own transport with valid driver’s license.
- Able to work independently and have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
