Customer Communication Management

**CCM Developer (2-5 yrs experience)**
Location: Malaysia, KL
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create, update and implement high-quality customer correspondences using any CCM tools.
- Ability to deliver as per the specifications and within the timeline
- Prepare and update necessary technical documentation, developer references and knowledge sharing materials.
- Understand the issues raised during SIT UAT and fix them quickly.
- A strong background and expertise in customer communication and correspondence solutions
- Comfort with fast-paced communications, solution design & delivery, and issue resolution
- Experience in working with onsite and offshore teams
- Involved in designing, developing, testing and supporting complex correspondence development.
- Knowledge on SDLC and have worked using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
- Work both independently and as part of a team to create reliable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong conceptual, analytical and demonstration skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and experience
- A passion and commitment for success
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or scripting languages.
- Experience with CCM platforms like OpenText Exstream, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Quadient Inspire, or similar.
- Knowledge of data integration and database management.
- Familiarity with web technologies and protocols.
- Understanding of customer communication principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
