IT Executive

Providing infrastructure technical knowledge to Manage, Backup & Restore Windows servers in Virtual machines environment
- Provide feedback, direction & advice to lead the team related to LAN, WAN infra setup, and troubleshooting.
- Responsible in Patch Management and IT security in Apps, networks and etc.
- Ability to plan and manage the relevant level of service standards, ensure the operating policies, procedures, IT inventory, and approach potential issues relating to daily operations.
- Ability to work with other teams such as functional teams, and infra teams to optimize network and system performance.
- Manage continuous improvement activities, contract administration, and project implementation (installation & configuration) within a targeted response time.
- Responsible in SAP system for daily troubleshooting, maintenance, inquiries and incident reporting.
- Good to have - Basic SQL scripting knowledge

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
