**Role Purpose**:

- This role is responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing the flow of finished goods to ensure the company's supply aligns with consumer demand. The position involves analyzing data and methods to predict and enhance the company's product and service delivery to customers.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for planning and organising the supply of Dairies product through optimizing inventory
- Translate customer demand into a supply plan
- Assist with the planning and procurement of finished goods from the manufacturing location.
- To define and update the supply and stock management parameters which includes safety stocks and ordering level management.
- Projects sourcing for dairy products liasing with key stakeholders in ensuring new products meet the local regulations and labelling requirements prior to first purchase.
- Preparing and liasing with sub-con vendor on any add on job require on products (exp: promotion, bundle pack, stickering etc)
- Procurement of packaging materials and PO created on sub-con job related.
- Schedules and forecasts the right volumes of materials, and packing job in time to ensure continuous supply to market.
- Responsible for Material Requirement Planning by analyze,plan and procure material requirements for production and determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- To drive initiatives to meet team goals, ensure the continuous improvement of processes and outcomes, optimize the delivery of service, inventory and work collaboratively on new product development plans.
- Frequent and effective interaction with demand planning, suppliers, procurement and logistics teams is essential.
- Monitor forecasts to identify changes or to determine forecast effects on supply chain activities.
- Effectively manage the cost categories relative to budget and market conditions, including minimizing the risk and exposure of obsolete and discontinued inventory.
- Supervise and take action on aging, slow-moving and discontinued products together with sales and logistics department
- Conduct weekly meetings with relevant parties to ensure the updated and correct direction in product supply continuous plan whilst maximising service levels and optimising stocks
- Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures in Fonterra Quality Management System necessary for an organization to create and deliver high-quality products or services to customers, and therefore increase customer satisfaction
- Responsible and ensure that the continuous stock availability for sales attainment and DIFOT fulfilment by minimising out of stock situation.
- Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports.
- Continuously reviewing under performing areas in the chain which may be due to missed delivery times and routes and warehouse space constrictions.
- Participate or lead process effectiveness and continuous improvement projects regarding supply chain, material management, and logistics systems and processes.
- Ensure the accountable and accurate item master data maintenance and amendment in Fonterra System.

**Key Requirements;**
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management in the manufacturing / FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
