Job Description: -Monitor, manage and updating product listings, inventory updates and etc. at Lazada, Shopee and website. - Printing & examining invoices & shipping labels & goods, assisting in picking, packaging & labelling from time to time. - Ensure customer's satisfaction, provide excellent post-sales services. - Parcels dispatching, delivery arranging, stock loading/unloading. - Analysing and reasoning of sales data report, entering invoices and data into computer systems, performing and auditing price-changing - Responsible for all online orders from receiving to delivery level. - Write internal communication documents, to inform team members on important notice. Arrange weekly meetings. - Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel). - Able to cope with fast pace working environment. - Strong communication skills. - Training will be provided.
