JOB DESCRIPTION:

a) Processing and monitoring sales bookings

b) Managing and liaising with the sales team, solicitors, and developers to ensure timely execution of sales and purchase agreements and loan agreements.

c) Assisting with office maintenance, expense claims, and expenditures

d) Ensuring proper filing and system management

e) Preparing weekly and monthly sales and recruitment reports

f) Supporting sales events, promotions, and project launches as required.

g) Monitoring the contests launched.

h) Keeping agents informed of new contests, SOPs, and policies.

i) Preparing agent starter kits

j) Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required by superiors.

k) Carrying out any job-related work tasks under the Sales & Admin Department as instructed by superiors.

From RM2,500.00 per month
