**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage office building security, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure a safe and conducive work environment.

2. Implement and maintain the 5S methodology within the office premises.

3. Maintain the company calendar of events, including travel plans, and coordinate meeting arrangements such as preparing rooms, meeting equipment, agendas, and luncheons.

4. Handle company licenses, insurance, vehicle permits, and road tax, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

5. Liaise with vendors, government officers, bankers, and authorities as required.

6. Coordinate with HR for staff onboarding and exit processes, including workstation setup, computer allocation, and stationery provision.

7. Manage staff refreshments and sundry purchases, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times.

8. Maintain and manage office equipment, including inventory control, equipment lifting/moving and arranging for repairs or replacements when necessary.

9. Perform various administrative tasks such as assist in drafting memos/letters, filing documents, and other related duties as assigned.

**Job Specification**
- Completed SPM or pursing any other higher studies in related field.
- **Proven experience in office administration or facilities management.**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Working experience in administration with minimum 5 years.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willing to travel
