We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in manufacturing, food industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
