Temporary Accounts Assistant

Responsibility
- Accounts Receivable - Sending out invoices to customers and filing; update payment received.
- Accounts Payable - Matching invoice with PO & DO; checking staff claims and reimbursement claims from branch offices; key in purchase invoice, subcon claims and staff claims; perform AP reconciliation and process payments; Touch & Go reconciliation.
- Payment Process - Prepare payment vouchers; prepare online upload files; perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Inter-company billing (back charge)
- Key in cost allocation for workers’ wages, Foreman, Shell card, accommodation and Touch & Go card.

**Requirements**:

- 1. 2 years of relevant working experience in preparing full sets of accounts preferably in construction/engineering industry.

2. Well versed in ERP, preferably in Navision.

3. Possesses strong analytically skills with an eye for accuracy and details.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
