**Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for office administration matter such as filling, scan, photocopy and general office duty
- Prepare petty cash claim, Prepare Purchase order, Monthly stock take and maintain stock balance record.
- Ensure proper filling and maintenance of accounting record.
- Ensure sales collection matched with sales invoice and transactions are captured in accounts accurately and timely.
- Responsible for account receivable and payable.
- Liaise and reconcile outstanding with debtor/creditor on overdue accounts payment
- Assist in preparing of monthly management accounts.
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
- **Job Requirement**:_
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English Computer
- skills: Microsoft Office and knowledge on SQL Accounting Software will be an added advantage Good Attitude, Willing to Learn and Hardworking.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
